Matt and Amy discuss the moving target that is acceptable protest at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the fact that breakdancing will make it's Olympic debut at Paris 2024, how Amy has managed to maintain her focus on training through the pandemic while not knowing for sure when her next competition will be, plenty of Christmas nonsense and lots more.
